Shipping Information for the United States

22 Aug 2025

As of August 29, 2025, U.S. customs regulations have changed. Until that date, there was a de minimis exemption that allowed packages valued under 800 USD to enter the country without paying import duties.

Under the new rules, all commercial shipments are now subject to import duties, regardless of their value. As a result, starting August 25, 2025, many postal operators around the world temporarily suspended shipments to the United States while adjusting their systems to the new requirements.

We’ve resumed shipping orders to the USA.

7 Nov 2025

In the first 25 days since the removal of the de minimis exemption, we’ve completed 73 shipments. The first 43 were delivered smoothly and without any issues, while the rest are still in transit. In general, deliveries have arrived within 12 days after shipping; a few have taken up to 22 days, but this was due to delivery delays, not customs.
