We offer a professional installation service for our products for customers in intra-community countries only:

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden

Once the original charging connector of your console has been replaced, you will be able to charge it with any mobile phone, console, or computer charger. For home consoles, the charger must meet the minimum specifications indicated (check the product page).

We only offer one installation per console model from the list. Your console will be used to take photos and/or videos during the installation process; this is the reason for the low price of the service.

Consoles for which we still offer this service:

(1) Besides the console, we may also need the video cable, controller, and/or a game to check your console before and after the installation. We will let you know by email if needed.

FEATURES

  • We only accept consoles/controllers in good condition, meaning they must work correctly, since we do not offer repair services. We only replace the console’s proprietary charging connector with a standard USB-C connector; we do not perform repairs or other modifications.
  • If the console has serious damage and we were not informed beforehand, we reserve the right to reject it and send it back to you without any modification and without the possibility of a refund.
  • The finish of the installation will be the same or very similar to what is shown in the installation guide of each product. Check the manual to know what result you can expect on your console.
  • When we receive your console, we will test it thoroughly to verify that it works properly. Then we will proceed with the connector replacement.
  • The installation may take between one and two weeks, depending on our workload. If for any reason it takes longer, we will let you know.

INCLUDED

  • USB-C board corresponding to your console.
  • Installation.

NOT INCLUDED

  • The cost of shipping your console to us is not included. The return shipping cost will be charged automatically on the website during checkout.
  • We do not repair consoles. We only replace the original charging connector with a standard USB-C connector.
  • If your console is broken or has defective parts, we will reject it as soon as we receive it.

INSTRUCTIONS AND PACKAGING

  • Contact us to confirm that we will accept your console. Tell us the console and model and, if you want, attach some images.
  • Once we accept your console, purchase this product. We will reply to your purchase email with the recipient’s details (our address). Fill in your address carefully because we will use it for the return shipment.
  • Pack your console in a cardboard box; it does not matter if it is recycled, but it must be a rigid box. If your console is portable and you have a hard case, you can include it to improve protection.
  • Fill the empty spaces in the box with bubble wrap, newspaper, or magazine paper to cushion any impact during shipping.

Ofrecemos un servicio profesional de instalación para nuestros productos solo para clientes de países intracomunitarios:

Una vez que se haya reemplazado el conector de carga original de tu consola, podrás cargarla con cualquier cargador de móvil, consola u ordenador. En el caso de consolas de sobremesa, el cargador debe cumplir las especificaciones mínimas indicadas (consulta la página del producto).

Solo ofrecemos una instalación por modelo de consola de la lista. Tu consola se usará para tomar fotos y/o vídeos durante el proceso de instalación; este es el motivo del bajo precio del servicio.

Consolas para las que aún ofrecemos este servicio:

(1) Además de la consola, también podemos necesitar el cable de vídeo, el mando y/o un juego para comprobar tu consola antes y después de la instalación. Te avisaremos por correo electrónico si es necesario.

CARACTERÍSTICAS

  • Solo aceptamos consolas/mandos en buen estado, lo que significa que deben funcionar correctamente, ya que no ofrecemos servicios de reparación. Solo sustituimos el conector de carga propietario de la consola por un conector USB-C estándar; no realizamos reparaciones ni otras modificaciones.
  • Si la consola tiene daños graves y no se nos informó previamente, nos reservamos el derecho de rechazarla y devolvértela sin ninguna modificación y sin posibilidad de reembolso.
  • El acabado de la instalación será igual o muy similar al que se muestra en la guía de instalación de cada producto. Consulta el manual para saber qué resultado puedes esperar en tu consola.
  • Cuando recibamos tu consola, la probaremos a fondo para verificar que funciona correctamente. Después procederemos al reemplazo del conector.
  • La instalación puede tardar entre una y dos semanas, dependiendo de nuestra carga de trabajo. Si por algún motivo tardara más, te lo informaremos.

  • Placa USB-C correspondiente a tu consola.
  • Instalación.

NO INCLUIDO

  • El coste de envío de tu consola hacia nosotros no está incluido. El coste del envío de vuelta se cobrará automáticamente en la web durante el proceso de compra.
  • No reparamos consolas. Solo sustituimos el conector de carga original por un conector USB-C estándar.
  • Si tu consola está rota o tiene piezas defectuosas, la rechazaremos en cuanto la recibamos.

INSTRUCCIONES Y EMBALAJE

  • Contáctanos para confirmar que aceptaremos tu consola. Indícanos la consola y el modelo y, si quieres, adjunta algunas imágenes.
  • Una vez que aceptemos tu consola, compra este producto. Responderemos a tu correo de compra con los datos del destinatario (nuestra dirección). Rellena tu dirección con cuidado porque la usaremos para el envío de vuelta.
  • Empaqueta tu consola en una caja de cartón; no importa si es reciclada, pero debe ser una caja rígida. Si tu consola es portátil y tienes una funda rígida, puedes incluirla para mejorar la protección.
  • Rellena los huecos de la caja con papel burbuja, periódico o papel de revista para amortiguar posibles golpes durante el envío.
